Replacement of Cold Water Tanks in St Mark's Junior School Tallaght

Tender description

The school are undertaking replacement of existing cold water storage tanks located in three plantrooms in the school. This Specification, Documents and drawings detail the work to be carried out by the appointed Mechanical Contractor for this project. This includes, but is not limited to, the following main areas: - • Role of PSCS • Removal and dispostal of existing cold water storage tanks • Removal of supporting blockwork or steel • Cleaning and painting plantroom floors • Installation of new sectional cold water storage tank and associated pipework • Installation of new styra type stairs to facilitate access to the cold water storage tank. One per plantroom. • All builders work and plumbing associate with the works • Contract cleaning to ensure school is thoroughly cleaned, prior to school handover.
