Insulation of Park Homes in North Somerset

Tender description

North Somerset Council are looking for organisations to express an interest and tender for the Insulation of Park Homes in the North Somerset area. To date some assistance has been available through low cost loans, through the ECO scheme and through supporting individuals to apply for the Green Homes vouchers, but this is the first, scheme to directly fund the insulation of park homes. The initial phase will include the insulation of 25 park homes, with a possible extension for more depending on successful funding bids. The initial phase must be completed by 30 September 2021. Contractors must be registered with Trustmark. All insulation should conform to PAS 2030:2019. All measures should have a Trustmark approved 25-year insurance backed guarantee. All products used should have BBA certification and installers should follow (in full) the manufacturers guidance on the proper preparation, installation and finishing for that product.
