The London Borough of Hounslow has established a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of Hired Passenger Transport and ad-hoc transport services for vulnerable children and adults, young people and for other service areas that may wish to make use passenger transport. Routes will be called off the DPS as and when required and no contract is guaranteed.
