Building Works Contractor in order to deliver the conversion of an existing Freehold Council Owned Property into a Children's Short Stay Adolescent Care Home Facility (C2 Use). The Works therefore, will generally consist of:- 1) Remodelling of internal layout 2) Demolition of side garage and erection of a new double storey side extension 3) Creation of new Staff/User Parking to the front elevation 4) Some soft external landscaping The works include renewed internal partitioning, M&E works, new paint finishes, new sanitary fittings, electrical upgrades, cubicles, Washrooms, new anti-slip floor finishes and decorations to walls and ceilings and structural works. Works also include some external works/minor garden landscaping works (including new boundary fencing). Demolition of existing single side garage in-order to Create a double storey side extension.
