Garage Site Redevelopment

Tender description

Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing Ltd manage and maintain approximately 4100 domestic Council properties, located over a large geographical area in the North West and South East of Shropshire. The purpose of this tender is to procure a contractor who will work with us to redevelop our garage sites / parking areas over the next 5 years. Typical redevelopment works will include the following:- • Demolition of existing pre-fabricated garages. • Drainage. • Tarmacadam Re-surfacing • Line marking. • Fencing. • Associated Civil engineering works. Contractors must be able to meet the following key requirements:- • Have a proven track record in Demolition / Civil Engineering / Tarmacadam surfacing works • Be able to provide examples of work, similar in nature and value to the tender. • Hold relevant Street Works Licenses and Accreditation. • Demonstrate Health and Safety competence. • Be able to show excellent management and administration processes.
