Enabling works prior to separate contract for playground equipment, surfacing and MUGA installation. Site clearance including removal and disposal off site of existing wetpour surface, topsoil and subsoil. Removal of existing fencing and provision of herras fencing to site. Removal and disposal of existing trees. Removal and disposal of playground equipment off site and storage of some items of equipment for reuse adjacent to the site. Installation of electricity and cctv ducting. Installation of Clause 804 material to TII Specification. Lot 220625: Castletroy Playground Enabling Works Contract Civil and preparatory site works in advance of a main contract where a separate playground contractor will install the playground equipment and hard and soft surfacing. This contract consists of the removal of existing playground equipment, storage of two items on site and disposal of remaining items. Existing wetpour material, topsoil and subsoil on site to be removed as shown on the drawings and disposed of at a licenced facility.
