A replacement soft play area

Tender description

A replacement soft play frame and work around the area Lot 1: Design, supply, build and replace the soft play area. Edinburgh Leisure invite suppliers to design, supply and build a bright and modern soft play provision to replace the existing setup which has reached the end of its lifecycle. The submission for this project will also include the removal and disposal of the existing frame. Submissions should evidence how the proposed solution will help EL achieve its overall goal to grow its business by attracting and retaining more soft play customers. Detail should be provided on services offered during design, installation, after-care and any ongoing maintenance for the first 12 month and any other requirements. Any additional work that EL will be required to make provision for to facilitate your design proposal e.g. provision of services for lighting within the frame, or to make the area good upon completion e.g. painting, should be clearly detailed in the submission. This is Elements 1 and 5 of the Schedule of Elements in the attached in Annex D Lot 2: Area surrounding the soft play frame EL also welcome proposals for a new welcome/reception desk that is both functional and complements the soft play proposal and surrounding environment. If this can be provided, it should be detailed as an optional extra for EL’s consideration. This is Elements 2,3 and 4 of the Schedule of Elements in the attached in Annex D
