The project consists of: the construction and project management of the extension to the Car-park. Planning permission has been granted for the Car-Park subject to 9 conditions (Planning grant 20/320 attached) which includes but is not limited to: • engaging an archaeologist to monitor construction work and prepare a report post monitoring. • Obtaining written approval of the Public Lighting Scheme. • Providing at least 1 disabled parking bay • Bicycle parking in accordance with the County Development plan 2017-2023. And other noted conditions.
