Tender description

<p>Exeter City Living (ECL) are looking to establish a relationship with a skilled estate agent, with local knowledge and experience in &ldquo;whole of market&rdquo; property sales and proven track record of successfully selling &lsquo;new build&rsquo; developments. Our goal is to achieve at least 35% off-plan sales on the first development of 41 (30 open market) exceptional Passivhaus homes at Clifton Hill. Construction is planned to start on site in late Autumn 2021, and our long term objective is to develop 300 open market Passivhaus homes per annum. In addition, we are seeking strategic sales input to maximise value of our pipeline of planned developments.</p> Keywords: Real estate, Estate Agent, development agent
