Reactive Repairs to Langstane Housing Association Properties (includes Out of Hours)

Langstane Housing Association manages approximately 2,886 housing units across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. The Housing Association is awarding places on a ranked framework for electrical, joinery, plumbing and multi-trades contractors to provide reactive/ responsive repairs to property (including an out of hours service). This service supplements the Association's internal DLO service. The contract is for 2 years, with 2 one year extensions. Lot 1: Electrical Works The Association wish to contract with suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Contractors for the provision of responsive repairs to occupied properties. Contractors do not require to provide geographical coverage across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire & Moray, although this would be desirable. Contractors must be able to attend site within 6 hours (for emergency repairs) 24 hours per day. Lot 2: Joinery Works The Association wish to contract with suitably qualified and experienced Joinery Contractors for the provision of responsive repairs to occupied properties. Contractors do not require to provide geographical coverage across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire & Moray, although this would be desirable. Contractors must be able to attend site within 6 hours (for emergency repairs) 24 hours per day. Lot 3: Plumbing works The Association wish to contract with suitably qualified and experienced Plumbing Contractors for the provision of responsive repairs to occupied properties.
