The works comprise the construction of a new 530m2 purpose built nursery. The works comprise the construction of a 530m2 purpose built nursery with full time equivalent spaces for 12 babies, 15 toddlers and 24 pre-school children aged 3-5. The building will be steel and timber frame construction with blockwork walls and Kalzip warm roof structure. The building will also include Mechanical ventilation heat recovery, PV solar panels, Air source heating and Sprinkler installation.
