New food grade processing room, finished product cold store and product despatch facility

Tender description

Beacon Foods Ltd invites tenders for the design and build of a new food grade processing room, finished product cold store and product despatch facility, including but not limited to foundations, internal & external effluent drains, structural steel, internal food grade walls & ceilings, external walls & roofs, internal and external doors & windows, internal floors inclusive of food grade finishes, rain water collection and drains, abatement arrangements with existing buildings. The successful contractor will be required to complete one phase of the works before commencing the second phase, please note that the order of completing the phase of works will need to agreed with Beacon Foods Ltd post award of tender. Please note there is no requirement to include any mechanical and electrical equipment and services in the tender return including but not limited to cold store refrigeration equipment, relocation of existing steam boilers and electrical lighting, power supplies and fire alarms.
