This project will complete the delivery of green infrastructure and sustainable drainage on the site bounded by the River Clyde, Solway St, Colvend St, and Reid st. It will connect the development plots in Dalmarnock with the River Clyde and support the delivery of commercial office space and residential units. Creating a riverside park, completing key drainage, roads, and services connections to service adjacent development plots. Clyde Gateway Developments Ltd are undertaking this exercise to procure a suitably qualified main contractor to deliver this project which will complete the delivery of green infrastructure and sustainable drainage on the site bounded by the River Clyde, Solway St, Colvend St, and Reid st.
