SC are seeking to award a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the Works. These Works are being procured under the SC Framework Agreement terms and Conditions – Annex H. Subsequent call-off’s from the Framework will be drawn down via separate call-off agreements under NEC4 or similar terms and conditions as agreed between both parties. Lot 1: Scottish Canals- Contractor Works Framework-Civils SC are seeking to award a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the Works. These Works are being procured under the SC Framework Agreement terms and Conditions – Annex H. Subsequent call-off’s from the Framework will be drawn down via separate call-off agreements under NEC4 or similar terms and conditions as agreed between both parties. Lot 2: Scottish Canals- Contractor Works Framework-Landscaping SC are seeking to award a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the Works. These Works are being procured under the SC Framework Agreement terms and Conditions – Annex H. Subsequent call-off’s from the Framework will be drawn down via separate call-off agreements under NEC4 or similar terms and conditions as agreed between both parties. Lot 3: Scottish Canals- Contractor Works Framework- Hydrographic and Topographic Survey / Site Investigation / Ground Investigation SC are seeking to award a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the Works. These Works are being procured under the SC Framework Agreement terms and Conditions – Annex H. Subsequent call-off’s from the Framework will be drawn down via separate call-off agreements under NEC4 or similar terms and conditions as agreed between both parties. Lot 4: Scottish Canals- Contractor Works Framework-Mechanical SLC are seeking to award a contract to a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the Works. These Works are being procured under the SC Framework Agreement terms and Conditions – Annex H. Subsequent call-off’s from the Framework will be drawn down via separate call-off agreements under NEC4 or similar terms and conditions as agreed between both parties.
