Tender description
The scope of works is spread across 3 lots: Lot 1. Roof repairs and alterations Lot 2. Electrical works Lot 3. Internal linings repairs • Roof repairs to the existing valleys, hips and slates. Allow to remove and replace existing materials. Site inspections to be completed by Tenderer to ascertain the full extent of works. • Carry out electrical remedial works as listed on the pricing document – including replacement of 78 light fittings and installing a new earth rod and cabling. • Carry out repairs to the internal linings that have been damaged by water ingress. These are predominately ceiling boards and a nominal square meterage has been specified on the pricing document.
