Tender description

Replace the flat roof of the hall constructed in the 1960's. The works comprise roofing renovation works to the former middle school hall roof and adjoining areas. Roofing works include over roofing original felt weatherproofing systems using new insulated bituminous roofing system build up. Works also include general repairs / renovations to timber roof fascia boards and soffits and replacement rainwater goods. Additional roofing area work include a single layer felt overlay to extend the life of existing adjoining asphalt roofing areas.
