Tender description
GMIT wish to award a contract under the open procedure the project involves the renovation and upgrade of rooms and ancillary areas at GMIT CCAM Campus, Monivea Road Galway City. Location: GMIT CCAM Campus Ground, First and Second floor as follows: • Room 232 Renovated Toilet Block to First Floor • Room 200&200a 1st floor landing - Remove walls and make good • Room 137 Caretakers’ office on ground floor • Room 167 Canteen New Access Door • Room 216 Replacement Tiling Works This will be a turnkey project which will be ready to be occupied upon completion. The main elements involved are as follows: • Undertaking of role of project supervisor construction stage (PSCS) • Demolition as outlined • Builders Work • Mechanical Works • Installation of Electrics and Lighting to rooms outlined • Repainting of Rooms as indicated including walls windows and doors • Final Clean to work areas Please refer to ITT for further details.
