Tender description

The contract is for the external and/or internal redecoration and repair works to various properties in Ballymena, Bangor, Belfast, Broughshane, Coleraine, Derry, Larne and Lisburn. Works include, repalcement kitchen units doors, replacement floor coverings, redecoration of external and internal walls, replastering works, minor rewiring works, cleaning down of fascia, soffit and rainwater goods, washing of external masonry walls, cleaning of roofs, repair and redeoration to fences, replacement windows and external doors
