DBC (AL) Development of Houses at Grange Road, Wilstone Village

Tender description

The Land of Grange Road is located in the village of Wilstone, Hertfordshire, 23 miles North West of London. Grange Road is a residential street which runs to the rear of the main Wilstone road. There are existing residential council homes surrounding Grange road with some private properties surrounding the site. The site is currently grassed and has existing trees. The surrounding building context is mainly two-storey traditional brick residential houses. The site also houses a number of mature trees set in surrounding grassland. The trees provide a soft edge and screening to part of the site. The works consist of the erection of 6 semi-detached houses, consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom properties (incorporating one 3 bedroom wheelchair accessible house) with associated car parking and landscaping The Contract will be the JCT Design and Build 2016 incorporating Dacorum Borough Council amendments.
