Tender description

Coleg Sir Gar are seeking a Contractor who will be asked to carry out refurbishment work to four individual locations within Coleg Sir Gars’ Graig Campus, in Llanelli (SA15 4DN). The size and amount of proposed work due to be carried out within each location varies greatly. The College’s approach to competitive tendering is one of fairness and its primary objective is to achieve best value for money in the provision of its services. In pursuing the objective, the Colleges are seeking competition, and will not show favour or disfavour to any of the tendering Suppliers. The requirements are set out in the Specification, which is included within Document 2 – Tender Specification.
