Tender description

The construction works will entail the following works: Demolition of existing buildings (random stone / concrete construction with timber cut roofs with asbestos sheeting). The stone is to be retained for re-use as facing stone to new buildings and walls. Construction of new building, single storey pitched roof structure, natural slate finish. The building will be of traditional masonry construction. The gross floor area of proposed building is 117 m². Site works for the new buildings will include the upgrade of existing and new boundary walls and gates, including new retaining walls, new paved areas, new storm and foul drainage with associated septic tank, sump and pumping unit with new percolation area.
