Appointment of IST for improvement works at Greenvale Leisure Centre Magherafelt

Tender description

The contract is for the provision of operations associated with the proposed facility improvements at Greenvale Leisure Centre, Magherafelt. The proposed works include the following (but not limited to) elements; 1. Resurface the internal sports hall with a multi-functional, polyurethane, seamless sports surface (similar and approved to Pulastic or other recognised flooring surfaces) including any works necessary to remove the existing surface and the disposal requirements including associated line marking of internal sports hall 2. Adjustment of the doors heights within the sports hall to accommodate new surface levels. 3. Provision of access door and associated screens to first floor balcony over swimming pools 4. Other miscellaneous works, including signage etc Contract Period – To be confirmed in ITT documents. Please note that the described works above may be subject to change.
