<p>Unitas Stoke-on-Trent Ltd is seeking competitive tenders to undertake the design and installation of a retrofitted sprinkler system to flats at Jack Ashley and Travers Court, located on City Road, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent. <br />The appointed Contractor shall be responsible for the complete design, supply, carriage, offload, installation, testing and commissioning for the automatic fire sprinkler system to protect the building. <br />Other project works will be comprised of the replacement of a door entry system, general refurbishment and repair works including renewal of the existing roof coverings and repointing and rebuilding works to the parapet walls and upper sections of brickwork.</p> Keywords: Sprinklers, Door entry system, Roofing
