RFBO for Project Management as part of a Framework Agreement to support CARES

Tender description

(1) Many successful applicants to the CARES scheme will require to contract external project management services to assist in the completion of their project. In order to make this process more efficient, Energy Saving Trust is running a best offer process to develop a framework of suppliers for use by community organisations and rural businesses who are in receipt of CARES funding to assist them to progress their projects/activities. Lot 1: Project development and delivery of renewable energy projects The provision of services, as outlined at Schedule 2 and briefly described here. To enable Organisations to develop and deliver renewable energy projects that meet the required mandate to time, cost and performance priorities. Lot 2: Support for shared ownership of commercial renewable energy developments The provision of services, as outlined at Schedule 2 and briefly described here. The Framework Supplier will work with community-based Organisations to help them respond effectively to shared ownership opportunities of commercial renewable energy developments.
