Morton House Refurbishment Works Project

Tender description

The refurbishment works will include, but is not limited to: • 27 new temporary accommodation units, with dining room / kitchen, laundry room, office and staff room • Any necessary removal of hazardous materials, demolition, decontamination measures and general external works including repointing and repairing boundary walls and refuse enclosures, etc. together with all necessary additional underground drainage and service mains and any necessary associated diversion works. • The bedrooms and communal facilities shall be designed to meet or exceed the minimum internal floor areas as set out on the Lewisham Standards for Licensable Houses in Multiple Occupation in Appendix G. • The works will also include the removal of the old lift and installation of a new DDA compliant lift • Further detail of the works can be found in the specification
