Tender description

Internal and external refurbishment of the communal areas of the Retirement Living Scheme - Combe Bank, Brixham; including minor demolition and re-modelling, Asbestos removal, installation of new doors, installation of new electrical installations and rendering. All works detailed in Section 3 - Schedule of Works and shown on attached drawings. The upgrade of the Boiler Plant Room as detailed within Specification 1.b ad Section 3 - Schedule of Works.
