<p>Remedial Works for Alexander House and Stafford House Working in partnership with Accent and its other agencies to enable delivery of its corporate strategy in an efficient manner, Accent is looking for a Contractor to deliver high quality external remedial works to include: Alexander House, &bull; The removal of the existing external leaf of external wall insulation to all elevations to all floors &bull; The installation of new render/brick slip external wall insulated system &bull; Renewal of double glazed PVCu windows &bull; Renewal of PVCu doors and metal doors to rear ground floor &bull; Replacement RWG&rsquo;s top floors &bull; Decorations to previously painted surfaces; And Stafford House &bull; The removal of the existing metal cladding to the south elevation only &bull; The installation of new external wall insulated cladding system to south elevation only &bull; Removal of the top floor of Stafford House including associated M&amp;E works and laying of a new single ply flat roofing membrane &bull; Cyclical decorations to all elevations to include re-decoration of previously painted surfaces, concrete repairs, and window repairs The successful Contractor will have an experienced skill set and a proven track record of providing similar works and services.</p> <p>To maintain a credible audit trail, all communication must be made via the messaging section within the Due North ProContract portal, and we will respond via the same method.&nbsp; We welcome all appropriate engagement, however, please note that to preserve the integrity of this competition any attempt to solicit unfair advantage by means of direct communication with any individual at Accent Housing Ltd will result in immediate disqualification/removal.</p> Keywords: Remediation Works , Cladding
