Tender description
The contract comprises internal refurbishment works on a heritage building listed in the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage. The works will be carried out under the direction of a conservation Architect. Renovation and refurbishment works of selected areas within the existing building including upgrade of corridors, stairs, toilets and window replacement. Dry lining of internal walls, floor covering replacement, ceiling finishes and roof renovation, including fire stopping works to underside of floor above.
