Purchase of previously owned vehicles less than 3 years old and less than 60,000 km

July 25th 2021 Brothers of Charity Services Ireland CLG invite tenders from suitably competent and qualified provider to supply a range of previously owned vehicles in total or in part. The vehicles required are Lot 1: Quantity 9 x 9 seater wheelchair adapted minibuses (L2, H2) Lot 2: Quantity 1 x 9 seater minibus (L2, H2) Lot 3: Quantity 1 x 5 Seater plus wheelchair adapted vehicle Lot 4: Quantity 2 x 17 Seater Wheelchair accessible buses Lot 5: Quantity 1 x 17 Seater bus Lot 6: Quantity 5 x 7 Seater bus wheelchair adapted minibus Lot 7: Quantity 1 x 7 Seater bus Brothers of Charity Services Ireland CLG. will accept tenders for the total tender (Lots 1 to 7) or tenders for individual lots for the entire or partial Lot quantities. (Example BOCSI will accept a tender for three wheelchair adapted minibuses in Lot 1 only.) BOCSI reserves the right to award business to multiple suppliers who meet our minimum selection criteria. Tenders must be able to supply the history of the vehicle. Vehicles should be less than 3 years old and with low odometer readings (< 40,000 kilometres). Vehicle condition, age and odometer readings will be considered in the scoring in the Value for Money Price criteria. Supplier who complete ESPD and submit all relevant documentation including pricing will be judged on their submission. The selection Criteria for awarding marks will be as follows Pricing (Value for Money) 500 Marks Warranty Coverage 75 Marks Lead Time 75 Marks Demonstrated ability to deliver spec to highest standards 350 Marks All tenderers will be asked to submit pricing in the format on the BOCSI Bus Price excel price spreadsheet which will be part of the document package to be completed. Canvasing will immediately disqualify candidates. Clarification questions are allowed in writing using the eTender platform for all communication.
