Tender description
The PEH (Guernsey Hospital) have numerous replacement flat-roofing projects across three departments of the hospital. The current coverings are of a Bituminous felt material and the proposal is to replace with similar and fibreglass coverings. The tender will be separated in to 6 Lots, please refer tot he attached document that details each works. Please provide your costings for each of the Lots and a discounted cost for a combination of all works. It would be expected that site surveys will be required in order to establish the full extend of the projects.
