Leitrim County Council is seeking expressions of interest from Developers, Builders, Approved Housing Bodies and Landowners to provide residentially zoned land or turnkey social housing developments in identified urban areas throughout County Leitrim. Consideration will be given to proposals for • Lands zoned for residential development that would be suitable for social housing development • Development (at any stage) containing residential units suitable for social housing In particular, Leitrim County Council is seeking to identify: 1. Turnkey developments 2. Lands zoned for residential development and suitable for residential development. 3. Lands with planning permission for residential development. 4. Residential schemes completed or partially completed. 5. Mixed development schemes where social residential components could be incorporated into them. In the case of development with planning permission, development under construction or completed development, dwelling units and all associated works must be fully compliant with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage guidelines and standards.
