Stornoway Port Authority wishes to purchase modular accommodation to form the office and welfare facilities wing of a new marine engineering workshop. Details of the facilities to be provided in the modular wing are set out in the Employer's Requirements document available to download from this site. Stornoway Port Authority wishes to purchase modular accommodation to form the offce/welfare wing of a new marine engineering workshop. Details of the accommodation requirements and the site are set out in the Employer's Requirements document available from this site. The Modular Building Supplier will be responsible for the design, manufacture, transport, installation and fitting out of the modular wing. The Port Authority has appointed a main contractor who will be Principal Contractor for the installation of the modular units and will construct the foundations and links between the modular wing and the workshop.
