<p>The Civic Centre is furnished to cater for a predominately hot desking workforce. Meeting spaces in the Civic Centre offer basic meeting capabilities but are limited when accommodating for a larger audience. The end user can share and present to external sources using wireless connectivity or in some spaces via a HDMI cable. Wireless access points and ethernet network connections are available throughout the building, including meeting spaces. The PME will provide an opportunity for Wolverhampton City Council (WCC) to obtain an insight into how potential suppliers might approach the delivery of these services and gain an understanding into the likely level of interest from the market.</p> Keywords: Video conferencing , AV Equipment, Audio Visual Equipment
