Provision of a Management Company to manage the Taxi EV pilot hire and lease schemes

This procurement opportunity seeks to appoint a single contractor to the following Contracts: Scheme One: The management and maintenance of up to 46 Licensed Fully Electric Wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV) for Cardiff Capital Region’s ‘Try Before You Buy’ 30 day free trial scheme for the taxi community (44 CCR and 2 Pembrokeshire) Scheme Two: Concession arrangement for the management and maintenance services for the hiring of Fully Electric Wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV), with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 vehicles, as part of Cardiff Council’s Clean Air Plan Fully Electric pilot WAV Taxi Lease scheme. Cardiff Council seeks an income via this Concession contract. Income from the lease will be shared between the successful supplier and Cardiff Council.
