Triangle Housing are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake multi-element improvement works to three General Needs properties and one domestic HMO property. The properties are located at Mullan Rd, Rasharkin, Lever Park, Portstewart and The Brambles, Magherafelt. Overall contract works include but are not limited to Upgrading roof insulation and ventilation Replacement windows and external doors Replacement kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms and WCs Full and partial rewire of properties Replacement of internal doors and associated joinery items Replacement domestic fire detection system and Fire Alarm system Replacement Emergency lighting where applicable Internal redecoration External redecoration Heating system upgrades
