Perth and Kinross Council is looking to work with suitably qualified and experienced contractors to support our responsive, void and emergency repairs service to our customers. Lot 2: Electrical Faulty switch/socket, AICO maintenance, inspection and testing safety checks and re-wires. Additional information: It is estimated the annual value of this lot is 170,000 GBP. Lot 3: Joinery Refix door handles, kitchen unit repairs/replacement, internal doors to full kitchen replacement. Additional information: It is estimated the annual value of this lot is 160,000 GBP. Lot 4: Mason and Wet Trades Paths, harling, plaster and roof repairs. Additional information: It is estimated the annual value of this lot is 75,000 GBP. Lot 5: Painting and Decorating Single room to whole property decoration. Additional information: It is estimated the annual value of this lot is 55,000 GBP. Lot 6: Glazing Replacement and renewal for both windows and doors. Additional information: It is estimated the annual value of this lot is 140,000 GBP. Lot 7: Drainage External drainage within curtilage of property, excavations. Additional information: It is estimated the annual value of this lot is 185,000 GBP.
