<p>Homes England is a new organisation with a new and challenging mission to help the government&rsquo;s meet its aspiration of building more than 300,000 homes by the mid 2020s. Therefore it requires an office estate that supports its mission, anticipated growth in staff numbers, operating model and spatial activity. The estate will need to accommodate an overall headcount growth from 700 to over 1000 by March 2020 and potentially further increases beyond 2020. The current office accommodation is a legacy of organisation mergers and the former Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) offices. The accommodation currently comprises of 10 building across England. As part of the change programme Homes England are looking to fit out the following property: Windsor House, 50 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0TL We are seeking to procure a Design and Build contractor to deliver the refurbishment of the existing office space within Level 5 &amp; 6 &ndash; 1222m2 (NIA approx.)</p> Keywords: office, refurbishment, windsor
