EWI Rendering Works - Lupin Close

MVH is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced rendering contractor to complete EWI rendering works to 60 properties at Lupin Close, Gurnos, Merthyr Tydfil. Bidders will be required to survey the contract area and submit pricing to fully complete the project including all preliminary and associated costs whether expressly stated in the appending pricing documentation or not. MVH is ideally seeking to appoint a contractor that has good knowledge of the local area and building types, and is able to act as a partner to MVH in ensuring the works are completed on time and to a high standard. The successful bidder(s) will be expected to deliver the works as an extension of MVH and take full responsibility for the end to end delivery of the works
