Transport for London is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide Commercial real estate information and analytics. The overall aim of the estates analytics and information provider is to provide instantly available comprehensive commercial real estate information and analytics for use by TfL’s property professionals. This tender is due to be issued in the near future, a date is yet to be confirmed. Lot 1: Transport for London is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide Commercial real estate information and analytics. This contract will be to support the work of the Property Services Department whose teams of property professionals cover a wide range of disciplines including: • portfolio and estate strategy • landlord and tenant • property management • compulsory purchase and land assembly and acquisition, • valuation and planning and development. Having an estates analytics and information provider contract in place will support TfL’s property professionals to advise both internal and external clients and to make timely informed recommendations and decisions, based on principles of operational need, best value and revenue generation for the wider TfL business. The overall aim of the estates analytics and information provider is to provide instantly available comprehensive commercial real estate information and analytics for use by TfL’s property professionals. This Prior Information Notice is being issued to inform suppliers in the market about an upcoming opportunity.
