CPU 4775 (CBC) Culvert concrete repairs to Granby Street Car Park

Nottingham City Council is undertaking this procurement exercise on behalf of Charnwood Borough Council. Charnwood Borough Council are the Contracting Authority; and will be entering into the contract with the appointed supplier. Charnwood Borough Council is looking for quotes from suitability qualified and experienced Contractors for the remedial repairs to three culvert lengths within a Public car park. The Granby Street car park is situated on Granby Street, Loughborough. It is a shopper car park provided by the Local Authority Charnwood Borough Council. There is a culverted water course running under the car park. The culvert contains three culvert lengths within the car park that are constructed from in situ concrete. Following the completion of a cover survey as well as chloride, sulphate and carbonation tests on 3rd and 4th December 2020 the attached schedule of remedial repairs have been prepared.
