Voids Contract

Tender description

1.1 The tenders are invited on this project to provide reactive void services to properties under the Calon Residential Leasing Scheme in which Cadwyn Housing Association is a stakeholder. 1.2 The tenderer will enter into a JCT Measured Term Contract to provide these services. 1.3 The tenderer will be required to work to the Service Level Agreement and a copy of this is included in Appendix A (see paragraph 7.1). 1.4 The properties are located in Cardiff, Blaenau Gwent and Merthyr. Approximate numbers of properties currently in the scheme break down as follows: Cardiff: 307; Blaenau Gwent: 3; and Merthyr: 10. 1.5 The housing stock ranges typically from 1 bed to 4 bed properties. A current breakdown of properties is included in Appendix B for guidance only as property numbers and property types (number of beds) will be subject to variation over the duration of the contract due to fluctuations in the housing stock.
