Refurbishment works at No4 Copenhagen Street, Worcester

Tender description

Worcester City Council are using the University of Worcester Provision of Medium Construction Related Works and Building Refurbishment Framework to invite Contractors to carry out works at 4 Copenhagen Street, Worcester. The works comprise of the demolition of an existing single storey extension to rear of property, construction of a new single storey extension at rear of property to form accessible wc and entrance lobby, refurbishment of main building to create offices, removal and rebuilding of brick screen wall at the front of property, removal of the rear fire escape staircase and re-landscaping the rear yard.
