Tender description

The project entails the construction of the roof repair works and associated works. It is envisaged that the following elements will be undertaken under the project, please note this list is not exhaustive or representative of the order of importance: a) Roof structure & roof coverings, b) Parapet stone works, c) Access to the external roof parapets & roof plane, d) Wood decay, e) Dry rot, f) Chemical fungicides, g) Attic cabling – removal and tidy into cable trays, h) Attic flooring installation, i) Attic area clean-up, J) Attic & slate venting, k) Chimney stack removal/refurbishment, l) Adjoining gable walls to be cladded, m) Access to fascia gutter on the back wall, n) Roof fall arrest system / roof ladders. o) Office first floor structure sagging to be levelled, p) Building insulation is not adequate and should be improved, q) Electrics, Comms & plumbing, and all associated works.
