Birmingham Repertory Theatre Ltd is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified main contractor to act as main contractor for the redevelopment of the Birmingham Reparatory Theatre. Main contractor to be appointed via a JCT Design and Build 2016 contract. Selection progress, stage 1 Pre-Qualification with a short list of four contractors progressing to a stage 2 formal tender. Communication All procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge from mattg@pmpconsultants.co.uk With a copy of the request also issued to the Project Manager david@dstanley.com Additional Information Pre Qualification Bid Submissions to be issued prior to the closing date of the 11th December 2020 11 am via electronic means. Tenders/Bids to be issued to: tenders@pmpconsultants.co.uk Tenders/Bids to be issued as a single PDF document only upto a maximum size of 10MB. The shortlisted contractors will be selected using the declared scoring criteria contained within the Pre-Qualification documentation. The short listed four contractors will be issued with the formal tender document's March 2021 for a return April 2021 (date tbc). It is anticipated that a start on site will be 1st June 2021. Any Pre Qualification queries shall be issued to: mattg@pmpconsultants.co.uk The overall process will be including the stage 2 tender with the short listed contractors. As such, the final award notice will not be issued until such time as the whole process has been conducted and the contractor award made.
