Invitation to Tender Reference: Dunderry Park Outdoor Events Area Date: 09/06/2021 Dear Sir/Madam, Oaktree Charitable Trust is currently seeking tenders to support Dunderry Park Outdoor Events Area and would like to invite you to tender for a 21m x 15m Stretch Tent Specification We would like to invite you to quote for the following: • Custom Stretch Sale (2100 cm x 1500 cm) • Velcro per metre as required for the installation • Dandydura Flooring • Underlay flooring, protective membrane, tarpaulin, washers and nails as applicable. • Freight, Duty and Import charges (if applicable) • Rigging - Installation and Derig • Pegs & Peg Protectors & storm rigs. • Ropes, ratchets and carabiners as applicable • Rigging Equipment as required - Aluminium or wood poles and attachments as applicable • Transportation to Meath All crew required for delivery, installation and derig of the stretch tent Instructions to Tenderers 1. This is a fixed price contract and all costs must be included 2. Please ensure that all relevant information has been included on your quotation, this may include the following: a. Date b. Company Details c. VAT Rate & Amount d. VAT Number and Tax Clearance Access Number e. Detailed Item Costings 3. Winning Tenderers may be required to provide evidence of either tax clearance and/or proper insurance in place following the completion of the award process.
