Tender description

The works comprise the demolition of the rear extension block (old toilet extension block) and the re-instatement of the external wall including all associated works The works comprise the demolition of the rear extension block (old toilet block) at the 4-storey tenement building at 32 Stafford Street, Aberdeen and the re-building of an external wall at the original external wall line. The scope of work will also include for the contractor to design and install all temporary support works and a temporary barrier to be in place while the demolition and external wall building work is being carried out. The temporary barrier is required to safeguard the tenants and visitors to the block as the tenement will remain occupied throughout the construction period.
