Refurbishment of Ground Floor, Belvedere Centre at Queen's Hospital, Burton upon Trent

For the refurbishment of the Ground Floor only of the Belvedere Centre at Queen's Hospital, Burton upon Trent. Lot 1: The Trust’s requirement is to refurbish the current ground floor area at the Belvedere Centre into office accommodation to accept the Occupational Therapy team which is being re located to the ground floor area within the building. The refurbishment works are to include the flooring, ceiling, lighting and decoration and small M & E works and general building works, though offerors should be aware that works will be undertaken in close proximity and coordination with staff that are based on the first floor.
