PA Housing - Provision of Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements (London and South East) - AWARD

Tender description

PA Housing are going to market for the provision of kitchen and bathroom replacement works. The works will approximately include 12,500 properties and has the requirement for the works to be fulfilled in London and South East. We are looking for a single source solution. It is intended that the contract will commence in January 2021, and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of two years and three months with no option for renewal. The estimated annual value is approximately £2,000,000 INCLUDING VAT and the contract duration is two years and three months. However, all indicative values and programmes are subject to validation and therefore the spend may increase up to a total of £5,000,000 INCLUSIVE of VAT over the duration of the Contract term.
