Tender description

Electrical rewire of existing Grade B listed library and associated internal re-decoration The Works comprise the removal of the existing identified electrical installations, provision of the new panel boards, distribution boards, cable trunking systems and supports, general power and lighting outlets, light fitting and fixings, emergency lighting units and wiring, external security lighting, induction loop system, IT and telephone installation, earthing and bonding, designation labels, recommissioning of fire detection and alarm system, intruder alarm identification and other associated works. New decoration works and Contractor design and installation of new suspending ceilings and trims. - The Contractor will also be responsible for cleaning all phases once complete, and a full clean of all areas on project completion as per cleaning appendix/specification and Description of Works. -
