Everwarm has been allocated properties by EON at which to deliver energy efficient refits that are subject to upgrade under the Green Homes Grant Local Authority Delivery (GHG LAD) by 31 August 2021. The primary purpose of the GHG LAD is to raise the energy efficiency rating of low income and low EPC rated households (those with E, F or G ratings). Everwarm will be hosting a “Meet the Buyer” event on 8th June 2021 which will be a live virtual event. You are requested to register interest by emailing liam.keeble@everwarmgroup.com. We are offering experienced contractors the opportunity to pre-qualify to work with Everwarm delivering services, in full or in part, for external wall insulation. Everwarm are interested in receiving expressions of interest from companies offering the following services: Joinerwork Insulation boarding and rendering Scaffolding Gas Engineerings Satellite TV Engineers There is potential that the Scheme may be extended which would potentially increase the scope of the works and the time for delivery to the end of the 2021 calendar year. Lot 1: Installation of External Wall Insulation and Associated Works Everwarm is seeking supply chain partners to deliver energy efficiency measures in homes identified in the specified Council’s area as suitable for the scheme. It is anticipated that the contractor will be Trustmark/MCS-certified or equivalent but this is not a necessity. Everwarm will validate the work undertaken, provide secondary energy assessments and aftercare/handover.
